The cabin has been a vacation rental since it was built in 2015.

The cabin has one bedroom and one bath. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet with hangers, and plenty of storage! There are lights on both sides of the bed if you like to read in bed!
The bedding must be mentioned; this bed is made to snuggle and dream sweet dreams. Upgraded linens, a mattress topper to die for, a goose down alternative blanket, an assortment of pillows, and in the winter, a heated blanket! The quilts/shams change frequently but are always fun and tasteful!
The bathroom has a full tub/shower. Towels, floor rugs, bath mats, and a grab bar to help you in/out. There’s also a washer/dryer if you need. Many fluffy white towels are provided, as well as what we call River Towels, to take with you outdoors!
We provide a lot of toiletries and an amazingly stocked emergency supply kit. We realize we are pretty remote; we try to provide things you might forget or need in the middle of the night; out here you can’t just run down to the corner store!
The kitchen is also well-stocked with about everything you’d need for cooking and serving. Dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, silverware, serving ware. Spatulas, can openers, wine openers, etc. Also wax paper, tin foil, trash bags, etc. Speaking of cooking, there are spices galore, oils, sugars, extracts, and salt and pepper!
Along these lines, we provide some snack items and breakfast foods. Usually granola bars, oatmeal, etc. Just in case; it bothers us to think someone might arrive foodless and hungry; again you can’t run down to a fast-food joint for a quick bite out here!
One more thing we provide? Breakfast, specifically pancakes! You will find pancake mix, syrup, and butter if you’d like breakfast on us! And coffee! We have a automatic drip maker and a little Keurig, and the coffees to go in both! Also hot teas and usually hot chocolate!
The living area is designed for sitting, snuggling, and relaxing. There is a TV with satellite cable. We also offer uber-reliable DSL wi-fi. This is available in the cabin and on the porch. Even out in the yard! Our power company is amazing as well; rarely have we had an outage and (knock on wood) they are very brief!
Speaking of outside, the yard is fenced for a little extra security. The deer still hop over and the occasional bear has crawled over, but it does give a little more security. Speaking of security, there are special locks on both doors that are only operated from inside for a little more security!
The porch is a delight with amazing and comfortable seating and decor, either on the front porch or the side. Perennial flowerbeds, bird feeders, and hummingbird feeders, and our amazing forest ensure you could while away a day just observing!
