The Area

Arkansas is known as The Natural State for good reason.  Hills, mountains, rivers, streams, this state has it all.  And Newton County sits in the middle of the best of the best!

The Grand Canyon of the Ozarks, a slew of waterfalls, amazing hiking trails, interesting shopping are all within a 20-minute drive.  Use to search any of these terms, or these terms with what you’re interested in (i.e. Jasper, AR restaurants or Newton County, AR hiking):

  • Jasper, AR (your closest town and the county seat).
  • Buffalo National River.
  • Newton County, AR.
  • Harrison, AR (our big town to the north).

Here is a map of the Buffalo National River with the cabin’s location shown. We are in what’s considered the ‘Middle’ River; giving you easy access to everything!
